"Thank you AAIMT for the education I received! Not only was massage therapy a lucrative profession for the past two years, but my work with Neuromuscular Therapy was a key factor is getting accepted into almost all of the Physician Assistant graduate schools programs I applied to. One of my interviewers at the school in Arizona even asked me what he should do for his running-induced hip pain during my interview!"
This letter is long overdue! As you know I've been a dental technician for 37 years, owning my own lab for 17 of those. I have also been a registered yoga teacher for 6. A few of my friends got me thinking about becoming a massage therapist. The idea started snowballing so I decided to check schools out. Actually I did this for 6 months. Everyone referred me to AAIMT. Even those who did not attend this school. They said they learned more here in the CE classes than in the school they attended.
I am a proud graduate of class 34 and continue to take continuing ed here. I cannot speak highly enough of AAIMT. The staff is phenomenal! The education superior. I have a part time job to help keep me working while I build up a clientel. Even the other massage therapist I work with said my body mechanics are amazing.
I set a goal when I graduated that I would like to retire from my lab and open a yoga and massage business within a year. Well I am actually in the process now! Only a month behind. At the end of April the lab will be closed! Already talked to my accounts. They will be coming for massages. Go figure....should have done it sooner! I truely admire you and every single person associated with the school! There has not been even one person who didn't offer to help me at any time. Including past graduates. I should add that when someone knows where you went to school it automatically puts you in the league above. I had 3 job offers when I graduated, and I'm no spring chicken. If you want the work...age doesn't seem to matter ;)
Thank you for the phenomenal education!!!"
