You may download an application and complete the questions, references, and essay. Please fill it out in its entirety and provide the application fee. You may mail it to us, fill out the ON-LINE APPLICATION, or bring the completed application to your registration meeting. Please call (734) 677-4430 ext 23 if you need assistance.
As classes are kept small, early registration is important. When we receive your application, we will arrange for a meeting to discuss your registration. Should the class for which you are applying be full, you will be given priority in the next available class. We reserve the right to cancel the program if enrollment does not exceed our minimum requirements.
Application Deadlines:
Application/Registration fee is due with application. The initial tuition down payment is due no later than one week prior to the first day of class.
February 2012 Program Application Due Date: February 15, 2012
September 2012 Program Application Due Date: August 17, 2012
Application fee is due with application. Registration Fee is due before classes begin.The initial tuition payment is due on or before the first day of class.

PLEASE NOTE:
- All monies paid, except the application fee ($25.00), will be refunded by the Institute if the applicant is rejected by the Institute.
- All tuition and fees paid by the applicant, with the exception of the application fee, shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school.
- All refunds shall be returned within 30 days.
